Yakima currently has no fit for the factory fixed points on the '23 Tacoma Double-Cabs. They do have a BaseLine-series fit that will utilize clips to help pinch the tower to the vehicle rooftop using a small-sized crossbar of choice(e.g. RoundBar, CoreBar, JetStream, HD Bar - Round and HD will require separate adapters. You will also need two sets of BaseClip 180's with the aforementioned BaseLine Towers and Crossbar(Locks/Keys are optional; though also sold separately).
