Unfortunately, there have been no updated fits to these older Trunk-Style racks from Yakima, or Thule for that matter. You can always call Yakima, directly, if you'd like a more direct answer from them; though I would say it might be best to stick with either the HangOut, HalfBack, or FullBack trunk racks as these have all been tested and approved for your vehicle(links available by clicking those names).
Due to the Hyundai Santa Fe having the style of trunk that it does, I wouldn't feel confident with the MegaJoe in particular as the vehicle designs that were out while this was an in-line product would have been, for the most part, different and may have issues dealing with the back glass on your trunk door.
