Yakima and Whispbar RailBars can only be used on vehicles that already have Raised Siderails on their roofs. The Prius, if you own the base model from 2015, will utilize either the FlushBar setups or the ThroughBar setups from Whispbar/Yakima.
The current Whispbar Fits that will work will be between the S6(FlushBar), S16(aero-through-bar), T16(Heavy Duty Through-bar), and the P16(ProBar). All of these will use the K458 FitKit.
If you cannot find the Whispbar variants for the FlushBar - you can utilize Yakima's FlushBar sizes(Two Medium FlushBars) with the Whispbar FitKit K458 and the 8880851 Whispbar Flushbar Conversion Kit.
On a side note - it would be best to try and find the fitkit(sold as either K458 or K458w) before purchasing additional parts as they are discontinued and a needed piece to the FlushBar setups with Whispbar/Yakima.
