The Whispbar brand of crossbars were discontinued after 2016 with any newer fits being based on the fact of vehicle designs not changing on some vehicles. Unfortunately, Yakima has not released any new fit information for the '22 Allroad Wagon at this time so we cannot say for certain if they would (most likely due to it being a new vehicle and still in the testing phase).
It looks like the older models were able to use a S54 Railbar; though due to no testing being done, it might be best to reach out to Yakima directly to see if they have any current information they could provide you with while you look for a crossbar setup.
