What's the length of this piece? Do I need one for each corner? I only need like 2inches on each foot. Could I cut?

This measures about 14 1/4" long and is meant to replace the rubber on the underside of Thule's AeroBlade Edges (where the feet slide into for installation). They can be cut to cover the additional space that spans the outside of the footpack once they are attached to protect from weathering.
