This is, unfortunately, a part for a Yakima product called the RailGrab. We do not, generally, deal with OEM/Manufacturer racks due to their niche market and very limited vehicle range on rack setups. If you needed a part for an OEM rack, the best option is to reach out to your dealer to see if they have specialists to help you with your factory setup.
