No, this is a SportRack hitch pin and lock and will not fit a Yakima hitch pin. Here is the Yakima Hitch Lock, which should work with any of Yakima's through-bolt style hitch pins.
My bolt looks like this, but I have no lock. Is this a common size for these Yakima hitch pin bolts? SportRack Hitch Pin Bolt w/ Lock
