Yes, this will! It will work for almost all of Thule's hitch mounted bike racks!
Will this replace the hitch pin for Thule T2 hitch rack
The threaded bolt that connects the receiver to the rack was lost . I believe it is a Thule T2 rack , hitch mount . I also think I has the lock as well but seems to be lost .
