Will this rack fit Thule 430 Tracker II crossbars?

We have the Thule 430 Tracker II crossbars mounted over our truck bed. Will this rack work with those crossbars?

Yes, they will! These will come with universal mounting hardware that have the ability to mount to Round/Square/Aerodynamic Crossbars. Just be sure to adjust the distance between your two crossbars to allow the mounts to sit securely!
