Thank you for reaching out to us regarding these Thule 450 replacement handle, to install a lock core into the handle you will first have to remove the plastic circular lock plug from the handle with a flat head screwdriver, then you will be able to insert a lock cylinder into the handle with a Thule change key or product key.
