Unfortunately, no. These will not fit on a 2017 Jeep Cherokee, as it does not have rain gutters. Thule does not currently have a compatible system with the 2017 Cherokee, however, Yakima does. If you have a naked roof, you would need the Yakima Baseline Towers (8000146), BaseClip 123 (8006123), BaseClip 159 (8006159), and the 60" CoreBar (8000422).
