Since MightyMounts were discontinued in 2006, there won't be a specific MightyMount for a 2018 4Runner with factory crossbars. The best recommendation is the Universal MightyMount.
Which mighty mount fits 2018 Toyota 4Runner factory crossbars?
I have the ski attachment already but bought a new vehicle and I need the adapter that would work with 2018 Toyota 4Runner factory crossbars.
