The UK729 is a newer updated version of the UK723. Either should fit a 1999 Toyota Avalon. You will also need Inno K223 IN-SU Hook Set.
Will this fit on a 1999 Toyota Avalon.
The Inno website refers me to a UK729 rack, however it doesn't mention the UK723
