Unfortunately, no. The Thule Evolution uses a system call the EasySnap, and unfortunately, those u-bolts have a very specific thread pitch.
That said, the EasySnap system can be removed and as long as the holes are 4" apart, a standard u-bolt like this one and wingknobs will certainly work.
