Will these work with the flush mount side rails on a 2012 Toyota Venza?

My 2012 Toyota Venza has the factory flush mount side rails and crossbars installed. But, I'm in need of wider crossbars that can hold more weight.

Unfortunately, Yakima does not list the EZ Riders as a confirmed fit for the 2012 Toyota Venza. From Thule and Yakima, it doesn't look like there are any confirmed fits that utilize your flush siderails.

Yakima Recommends the Q Tower or BaseLine Tower, and Thule recommends the 480 Traverse Tower.
