790mm is the actual length of the bar, not taking the towers into consideration. The S43 adjusts to fit siderails between 33.75 to 37.75 inches apart.
I see you guys list the S43 as being 790 mm width? Other outlets list the width as a range of 860 to 960 mm?
Exactly as the topic says. There's a discrepancy in the width you report vs. what other retailers report. Just want to make sure I'm getting the right rack for my vehicle. Yakima says the S43 is the correct part number, but 790 mm would be much smaller width than what my car's rails are.
